We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Delivery times
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times can occasionally vary due to factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £60.
Tracking
All orders are sent with tracked shipping. You'll receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please get in touch with us and we'll look into it straight away.
